✅ Step 1: Select Your To-Dos
From your To-Do list, select the to-do(s) you'd like to save
You'll see a Selected counter appear at the bottom, along with Select all and Clear options
💾 Step 2: Save as Template
Click Save as template
A panel opens where you can name your template (e.g. "To-do template for Kat & Alexi")
Click Save
📌 Note: A couple of things to keep in mind about what's saved:
Due dates are stored relative to the wedding date they were created from — not as fixed calendar dates. This way, the template adjusts automatically to whichever wedding date you apply it to next.
Owners are saved as roles (e.g. Planner), not specific people — so the template stays reusable across different couples and teams.
Completed state isn't saved — every to-do in the template starts fresh (not marked Done) when reused.
📂 Where It Goes
Once saved, your template is added to your Templates dashboard — available across your account, not just the wedding it came from. This means it's ready to use on any future wedding you create, not just the one you built it in.
💡 Tip: This is a great way to turn a well-organized checklist — like your Budget & Financial to-dos — into a repeatable starting point for every new wedding.
