📌 Build Your Vendor Template in Contacts - Services & Fees Included

Learn how to create and manage vendor templates in Contacts, including setting up default services, fees, and pricing information to streamline vendor management across your events.

As a planner, if you're working with the same vendors across multiple weddings, you don't have to re-enter their details every single time. You can create a templated vendor directly from the Contacts section with all their information pre-filled — including their services and fees!

Here's how it works:

1️⃣ Go to Contacts from the left navigation menu

2️⃣ Open or create a vendor contact (e.g. Wonderful Events – Accessories)

3️⃣ Scroll down to the Services & Fees section and fill in all the relevant details such as:

🔹 Service / fee name (e.g. Delivery Fees)

🔹 Pricing model (e.g. Per unit)

🔹 Price (e.g. £10,000 GBP)

🔹 Unit (e.g. Item)

4️⃣ Click ➕ Add service / fee to add more if needed, then click Save

Once saved, whenever you add this vendor to a specific wedding, all their pre-filled details - including services and fees - will automatically carry over, so you won't have to start from scratch every time. 🎉

This is especially handy for vendors you work with repeatedly across multiple weddings!

⭐ Pro Tip: The more complete your vendor template is in Contacts, the faster your setup will be for every new wedding. Make sure to include all standard services and fees upfront — it'll save you a lot of time down the line!
