📌 The Faster Way to Label Areas

Instead of creating separate square shapes and adding labels one by one, TTO has a much simpler approach:

  1. Go to the library and click on the appropriate table or item — for example, a rectangular table.

  2. Resize it to your preferred dimensions, such as 6 meters or 10 meters, depending on the space you want to represent.

  3. Simply rename the table directly - for example, label it "Cocktail Bar" or "Kitchen" - so it's immediately identifiable on your floor plan.

💡 Why This Method Works Better

✔️ No need to lock shapes separately before adding labels.

✔️ No extra steps of placing separate label elements on top of shapes.

✔️ Each area is instantly identifiable on the plan, making it easier to visualise the full venue layout.

✔️ Saves time and keeps your floor plan clean and organised.

✅ And that's it! Labelling your floor plan areas in TTO is quick, simple, and hassle-free. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to reach out — we're always happy to help!
