Multiple users can access and work on a floorplan at the same time.
🟢 What Does “User Online” Mean?
If you see a name in the lower-left corner (for example, “Ralph F. – User online”), it means:
• That person is currently inside the same floorplan
• They may be actively editing it
• Their changes will sync live
You may also see user initials in the top-right corner, indicating who is currently logged into the wedding.
💾 How Does Saving Work?
Changes are saved automatically.
When multiple users are editing:
• Updates appear in real time
• There is no need to manually save
• Everyone sees changes as they happen
🤝 Best Practices for Teams
Even though live collaboration is supported, we recommend:
• Communicating before making major layout changes
• Avoiding large structural edits at the exact same moment
• Coordinating exports if multiple users are inside
