🌍 Part 1: Set Your Currencies

TTO allows you to track your budget in multiple currencies while keeping your main overview in your home currency.

Here’s how to set it up:
β€’ Choose your default currency (e.g., USD = 1)
β€’ Add additional currencies and enter your exchange rate (e.g., USD β†’ EUR = 0.96, USD β†’ GBP = 0.81)

Your conversions will update automatically across the budget.

🎯 Part 2: Set Your Budget Goal

You can set your total wedding budget by:
β€’ Clicking the budget goal field
β€’ Typing your amount
β€’ Saving your entry

This helps you track how your actual costs compare to your goal as planning progresses.

πŸ—‚οΈ Part 3: Customise Your Budget Structure

Make your budget sheet work for your unique wedding.

You can:
β€’ Hide items in the Settings tab by clicking the eye icon
β€’ Reorder items by dragging and dropping using the dots beside each name
β€’ Enter estimated costs for each area directly into the sheet once your structure is final

This creates a customised budget layout tailored to your event.

🀝 Part 4: Track Vendors & Payments

Your budget stays accurate automatically as you add vendors and payments.

βœ”οΈ Vendors confirmed in the Vendors tab appear in your budget instantly
βœ”οΈ Payment milestones sync directly with your budget to show what’s due, paid, or upcoming

No double entry - everything updates in real time.

πŸ“ Part 5: Add Notes

Use the Notes column to add helpful details such as:
β€’ Payment instructions
β€’ Special agreements
β€’ Additional fees
β€’ Important reminders

These notes keep key information in one easy-to-find place.
