🎯 Lead Forms
Used for capturing your very first client interest — before they're booked
Once a client submits a lead form, their response shows up in your Leads Pipeline
Setting one up:
Click Add Lead Form
Customize the page: show your company branding, add info about yourself, and choose either a standard thank-you message or a redirect to your website
Add the questions you want to capture from interested leads
Hit Publish, then click Share to copy the link or embed it on your website
Once a lead comes in:
New responses appear in your Leads Pipeline marked as "New"
Click into a lead to see everything they submitted
You can also add your own notes here — handy if you've already chatted with them elsewhere (e.g. Instagram) and want to keep everything in one place
📌 You'll get an email notification whenever a new lead form response comes in
📝 Questionnaires
Used after a client has signed — lives in the Template section
You can create multiple questionnaires for different purposes (e.g. a design questionnaire to explore their inspiration, or one to book a call)
Sending one:
From a lead's profile, select an existing template or add a questionnaire directly
Import your chosen template, make any last edits, and click Send
TTO will suggest emailing it to the same contact from the original lead — confirm or add additional recipients as needed
💡 Tip: Lead Forms are for capturing interest before booking. Questionnaires are for gathering more detail from clients you've already signed.
