📋 What is a Lead Form?
A Lead Form is designed for potential clients - people who haven't booked with you yet.
You share the Lead Form link externally via email, your website, or social media
Anyone with the link can fill it in — no TTO account needed
Once submitted, their details are automatically saved to your Leads Pipeline
From there, you can follow up, track their status, and move them through your sales process
💡 Think of it as your first point of contact - it brings potential clients into your world.
📝 What is a Questionnaire?
A Questionnaire is designed for existing clients - people who are already part of your TTO workspace.
You send it directly to clients who have already been added to an event
Used to collect detailed event information - dietary requirements, song requests, travel details, and more
Responses are saved directly against their event for easy reference
💡 Think of it as your planning tool - it helps you gather everything you need once someone is booked in.
🔄 How Do They Work Together?
The two features complement each other perfectly. Here's the ideal workflow:
Send a Lead Form to a potential client to capture their initial enquiry
Once they're in your Leads Pipeline, attach a Questionnaire to gather more specific details
When they book, their information is already organised and ready to go
💡 Pro Tip: Always send the Lead Form first before jumping on a call. That way, you'll already have their key details - dates, venue, guest count, and vision — making the conversation far more productive and personalised.
