Reordering questions
There isn't a direct drag-to-reorder option for catering questions right now. The workaround is to delete the existing questions and recreate them in the order you'd like them to appear.
At the moment, catering questions can't be reordered by dragging and dropping them.
If you'd like them to appear in a different order, the current workaround is to:
Delete the existing catering question(s).
Recreate them in your preferred order.
⚠️ How This Affects Floorplan Sync
Catering questions that are connected to the Floorplan are linked through fixed backend values created when the original question is set up.
Because of this:
Deleting and recreating an existing catering question breaks its connection to the Floorplan.
Any newly created catering questions (such as adding extra courses or replacing existing ones) will not automatically sync to the Floorplan.
If you recreate catering questions or add new course questions, you'll need to manually assign or update the meal selections in the Floorplan, as those questions will no longer be linked automatically.
💡 Tip: Before deleting and recreating catering questions, make sure you're happy with the order you want them to appear in. Since recreating a question removes its existing Floorplan connection, any new or recreated catering questions will need to be managed manually within the Floorplan.
