⬇️ Exporting your vendors
To export, open the Vendors section of your event and click the Export button in the top right corner of the page.
A dropdown menu will appear with four format options:
📄 CSV — Details only, a plain spreadsheet file compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and most data tools
📊 XLSX — Details only, an Excel file format
📕 PDF — Details with photos, a polished document that includes each vendor's photo alongside their details
🗜️ Attached files — a ZIP package containing photos, gallery images, and documents attached to your vendors
Select the format that works best for you, and the file will download automatically.
📕 The PDF Export
The PDF export lays out your vendor list with each vendor's business name, category, status, and contact info, plus their photo where one has been uploaded. Vendors without a photo simply show without one — nothing breaks or looks out of place. Location, website, Instagram, and any notes appear underneath each entry, and the list paginates cleanly across multiple pages for longer vendor lists.
💡 Tip: This is a great option when you want something polished and visual to hand off to a client or co-planner, rather than a raw spreadsheet.
🔍 Exporting from a Vendor's Details Panel
You can also export from within an individual vendor's details panel. Open any vendor by clicking Details, then scroll to the bottom of the panel and click Export there.
This exports data for all vendors in the list, not just the one you have open.
💡 Pro Tip: If you need something polished and visual to share with a client or co-planner, the PDF option is the most presentation-ready. If you need the underlying files themselves — photos, gallery images, and documents — use Attached files.
