Using Filters, Sorting, and Quick Add in Notes

The Notes page helps you stay organized by giving you full control over how notes are displayed and where new notes are added.

Use the Group by option on the left to organize notes by category. This groups related notes together, such as Uncategorized or Category (Accommodation), making it easier to review information at a glance.

πŸ“… Sort notes by date


The Sort dropdown lets you choose the order your notes appear. Selecting Date (Newest) Date(Oldest) ensures your most recent notes are always shown first.

πŸ‘€ Filter notes by creator


The Select creator filter lets you narrow down notes based on who created them. When applied, only notes added by the selected team member will be shown, making it easier to review updates when multiple people are contributing notes.

πŸ“‚ Filter Notes by Category

The Select category filter allows you to narrow down notes based on their category. When applied, only notes assigned to the selected category (such as Accommodation or Uncategorized) will be shown, making it easier to organise and review related information.

πŸ”’ Filter Notes by Restriction

The Select restriction filter lets you control which notes are visible based on their restriction settings. When applied, it shows only notes that match the selected visibility (such as Visible team only), helping you quickly review internal or restricted information.

βž• Quick add notes to a category


On the right side of the page, you’ll see quick-add options that let you create notes directly within a category. Choosing Add note in Uncategorized is ideal for general notes, while Add note in Accommodation (or any other category) automatically saves the note in the correct section.

By using filters, sorting options, and category-specific quick add features, you can manage your notes efficiently and keep everything well organised. This makes important details easy to find, reduces clutter, and helps you stay on top of information at every stage of the planning process.
