🟢 Why does the accommodation step appear on the RSVP confirmation page?

The accommodation step is shown because your Accommodation website is currently published. When it’s live, the RSVP confirmation automatically adds the step “Book accommodation on our private page” along with a button for guests to view hotel options.

🔧 How do I remove the accommodation link from the e-card?

You only need to unpublish the accommodation website.

How to do it:

  • Go to your Accommodation website settings

  • Select Unpublish

  • Save your changes

Once unpublished, the RSVP confirmation page will no longer show any accommodation step or button.

🗂️ Do I need to delete the accommodation page?

No. Unpublishing is enough.
Your accommodation details remain saved, but guests won’t see them until you choose to publish the page again.

🔄 Will this affect e-cards I already sent?

Guests who open the RSVP form after you unpublish the accommodation website will no longer see the accommodation step, even if they received the e-card earlier. Their RSVP submission process remains unchanged.

👀 I unpublished it, but the step still appears. What should I do?

Try the following:

  • Refresh the RSVP preview

  • Close and reopen the e-card

  • Submit a new test RSVP

If the accommodation site is still published somewhere in your settings, the step will continue to appear.

📌 Quick Summary

  • The accommodation step appears only when the accommodation website is published

  • To remove it, simply unpublish the accommodation website

  • No editing of the e-card is required
