What Does the Lock Icon Mean?
Any section with a lock icon is only visible to planners. These sections are hidden from clients and are designed specifically for planning, organisation, and internal use.
If a section does not have a lock icon, it means it can be viewed by clients (depending on how you’ve set up your event).
Why Some Sections Are Locked
Locked sections help planners manage important behind-the-scenes details without overwhelming clients or sharing information that isn’t relevant to them. This keeps the client experience clean and focused, while giving planners full control.
