TTO uses a simple, secure subscription system to keep your account active with uninterrupted access. Your subscription renews automatically based on your chosen plan and payment method. Here's how billing works.

📅 Automatic Monthly or Annual Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
You can choose between:

Your renewal date always appears on your Billing page so you can easily keep track.

💳 Secure Automatic Payments

All payments are processed securely using the card saved on your account.
TTO automatically charges your stored card on your renewal date, and your subscription continues without interruption.

If your card expires or fails, you’ll receive an email alert so you can update it.

🧾 Instant Invoice Delivery

Each time your subscription renews, you automatically receive an invoice via email.
You can also download past invoices anytime from your Billing page.

🌍 Currency & Tax

Your subscription is billed in the currency shown when you signed up.
If your country requires VAT or similar tax, it will be included on your invoice.

🔐 No Long-Term Contracts

You can cancel at any time directly from your Billing page.
If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle - you will not be charged again.

🔄 Changes to Your Plan

You can:
• Upgrade your plan
• Downgrade your plan
• Switch from monthly to annually (and vice versa)

Changes take effect immediately and your billing will adjust automatically.

🛠 What Happens if a Payment Fails

If your payment doesn’t go through:
• You’ll receive an email notification
• You can update your card details and retry
• Your account will remain active for a short grace period

After that period, access will pause until payment is updated.
