🖼️ Recommended Image Sizes for Proposal Sections

Adding images to a Proposal section? Getting the size right up front means your images look sharp and well-aligned once they hit the PDF.

📐 Recommended Image Size

Upload your images at 1600 × 1200px. Images are cropped to a fixed ratio when they display on the proposal, so sizing correctly ahead of time avoids awkward stretching or an off-center crop.

📌 Note: Only the first 2 images uploaded in a section appear on the proposal itself.

🎯 Aligning the Crop

Since images are cropped to fit a fixed ratio, keep your main subject centered in the frame. Anything positioned too close to the edges risks being trimmed off in the final crop.

💡 Tip: Treat it like a photo for a frame — center what matters most, and leave breathing room at the edges.

✅ Best Practices

  • 🎯 Center your main subject — this is the area most likely to stay visible after cropping

  • 🖼️ Use a high-resolution image that meets or exceeds 1600 × 1200px to avoid blurriness

  • ⚠️ Avoid text or key details near the edges of the image
