Issue Adding Multiple Itinerary Items? Here’s the Fix

If you’re experiencing an error when adding multiple itinerary items to a wedding website - particularly when saving one item and immediately adding another - you’re not alone.

We recently identified a situation where this issue can occur, and we’d like to walk you through both the temporary workaround and the resolution.

What Happens?

The error typically appears when:

  1. You add an itinerary item

  2. Click Save

  3. Immediately attempt to add another item

In some cases, the second item may not save correctly or may trigger an unexpected error.

Temporary Workaround (If You’re Still Experiencing It)

If you notice this behavior, please try the following:

After saving an itinerary item, refresh or reload the page completely before adding the next item.

Once the page has fully reloaded, you should be able to add the next itinerary item without issue.

This simple step prevents the system from attempting to process two consecutive updates without a refresh.

If you were previously affected, please refresh your browser and test again. You should now be able to add multiple itinerary items consecutively without needing to reload the page each time.
