β Adding a Questionnaire
When creating a questionnaire, choose how itβs set up based on who itβs for and how you plan to use it. Linking a questionnaire to a client or lead keeps responses stored directly within their profile for easy reference.
π€ Clients
Create a questionnaire for an existing client or event.
Use this option when the client has already booked and you want the questionnaire linked directly to their event. All responses will appear within the event profile.
How to do this:
Go to Events and select the relevant client or event.

Create a questionnaire for a potential client
Choose this option if you want to connect a questionnaire to a lead and collect information before the booking is confirmed. All responses will be saved directly within the leadβs profile.
How to do this:
Go to Leads
Use the Search bar to find the relevant lead
Locate the lead in the list
Click Create Questionnaire to build a new questionnaire

Click Import Template to use an existing questionnaire templateThe questionnaire will automatically be linked to that lead
If the lead does not yet exist, click Create Lead to add a new lead first, then return to the list to attach the questionnaire.

Create a questionnaire without linking it to a specific contact.
This option is ideal for reusable or general-purpose forms that donβt need to be tied to a client or lead.
