🗓️ Customizing Your Wedding Website Itinerary

The Itinerary section lets your guests see exactly what's happening and when — from rehearsal drinks to the big day itself. Here's how to set it up and customize it on your wedding website.

👀 Show or Hide the Section

At the top of the Itinerary editor, toggle Show section on to display it to your guests, or off to hide it from your website entirely.

✏️ Edit the Headline and Body Text

Under Itinerary, you'll find fields for the Title and body text that appears at the top of the section — this is your chance to set the tone before guests see the schedule (e.g. "We eagerly await the pleasure of your company...").

📋 Adding Itinerary Events

Each event in your itinerary (e.g. Rehearsal Drinks, Rehearsal Dinner) can include:

  • An icon representing the event type

  • The event name (e.g. "Rehearsal Drinks")

  • A time range (e.g. 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

  • A dress code tag (e.g. Black Tie)

  • A location (e.g. Main Hall)

  • A description giving guests more context about the event

Events are grouped and displayed by date, so guests can easily see what's happening on each day of your wedding weekend.

💾 Saving Your Changes

Once you're happy with your edits, click Save to publish the changes to your live wedding website.

📌 Note: Use the desktop/mobile preview toggle at the top right of the editor to check how your Itinerary section looks on both devices before saving.
