1️⃣ Open the Quick Links section

  • Log in to TTO and open your event.

  • From the left-hand menu, click Quick Links.

  • You’ll see examples such as adding a Pinterest board or private notes.

2️⃣ Add a new Quick Link

  • Click the Add link button (top right).

  • Enter a Title for the link (for example, “Call notes” or “Florist contract”).

  • Add an optional Description to remind you what this link is for.

  • Paste the URL of the external page or document you want to save.

  • Choose whether the link should be visible to everyone or only me, depending on your preference.

  • Click Save.

Your new link will appear as a card in the Quick Links list.

3️⃣ Open a Quick Link

  • Find the Quick Link card you want to use.

  • Click the external link icon (open icon) on the card.

  • The URL will open in a new browser tab.

4️⃣ Edit an existing Quick Link

  • In the Quick Links section, locate the card you want to update.

  • Click the pencil (edit) icon.

  • Change the title, description, or URL as needed.

  • Click Save to apply your changes.

5️⃣ Remove a Quick Link

  • Open the edit view of the link (pencil icon).

  • Choose the option to delete or remove the link.

  • Confirm the action.
The card will disappear from your Quick Links list. (This does not delete the original external file or page; it only removes the shortcut in TTO.)

✅ Best ways to use Quick Links

  • Save call or meeting notes for easy reference

  • Keep design inspiration (Pinterest, moodboards) in one place

  • Link to shared Google Docs, sheets, or vendor lists

  • Collect vendor portals or contracts so everyone on the team can access them quickly

Quick Links are there to keep your planning resources together, so you don’t have to search through tabs, emails, or chats every time you need something.
