❓ Accommodation Live Rates - Frequently Asked Questions

💰 Is there a fee to create an accommodation page?

No. Creating and using the accommodation page in TTO is completely free. You can add hotels, enable live rates, and share the page without any fees.

🧾 Why does “TTO HOTELS” appear on guest bank statements?

Some bookings are processed through our secure hotel booking partners, so “TTO HOTELS” may appear on guest bank statements. This is normal and ensures a safe, verified booking and payment process.

🌍 Which countries do you support?

Live hotel rates are available in most major countries, including the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, Mexico, UAE, and many parts of Asia. If a country isn’t supported for live rates, you can still add hotels manually with booking links.

🗓️ When should I create my accommodation page and share it with guests?

The best time to share your accommodation page is when you send Save the Dates or wedding invitations. For destination weddings, set it up as early as possible (6–12 months in advance) so guests can secure lower prices and better availability.

⏳ How much time do guests have to book?

Because rates are live, prices and availability change daily. Encourage guests to book early-especially for popular locations, peak seasons, or destination weddings-to avoid sold-out rooms or rising prices.

💸 Do you offer the cheapest rates?

TTO displays the best price available at that moment from trusted booking partners. Guests often see prices equal to or lower than major booking sites or hotel websites, because rates refresh in real time.
