📅 Events

The Events tab is where you’ll find every wedding you’re planning.
You can:
• View all active, upcoming, or archived events
• Open an event workspace
• Create new events for new clients
• Switch between events instantly

This section is your central access point for your entire planning portfolio.

✏️ Action Items

The Action Items tab gives you a complete overview of tasks across all events.
You can see:
• Tasks due this week
• Overdue tasks
• Completed tasks
• Client tasks
• Planner tasks
• Priority levels

This helps you stay on top of every deadline without jumping into each event individually.

👥 Contacts

The Contacts tab stores all your vendors, suppliers, and partner relationships in one place.
You can:
• Save vendor details
• Add contact notes
• Track vendor categories
• Reuse vendors across multiple events

It works like your personal planner address book.

🗂️ Templates

The Templates tab lets you save time by using pre-made or custom templates for:
• To-Do lists
• Timelines
• Vendor lists
• Event structures

Instead of rebuilding tools from scratch, you can apply a template instantly to any event.

👤 Account

The Account tab is where you manage your personal and planner profile settings.
Here you can update:
• Name & email
• Notification preferences
• Password
• Subscription or plan details (if applicable)

This is also where you control your planner-level preferences.

🎉 Why the Sidebar Helps

Your sidebar keeps your planning workflow simple, organised, and efficient. It allows you to:
• Move between events instantly
• Access tasks in seconds
• Manage vendors easily
• Reuse templates for faster planning
• Keep all your settings in one place

Everything you need as a planner is always just one click away.
